When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the Marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness. Walking into each room we noticed that each had a view of the marsh or water or both.
Our large deck overlooks a spectacular salt water marsh where nature lovers will enjoy several species of protected birds and natural grasslands.
Our lower deck is quiet and relaxing surrounded by sea grass with a lovely fountain, a somewhat secluded area.
We knew this Inn would be a very relaxing place for people to stay.
Whether you have come to Cape Cod to sun bathe, go sailing, fishing, wind surfing at Kalmus Beach, shopping or taking a day trip to the Islands, Cape Cod Ocean Manor is the place to stay.

We are just across the street from Veterans Beach and Veterans Park, and a leisurely 5 minute walk to Kalmus Beach
Cape Cod Ocean Manor is a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Harbor where you can go sailing, deep sea fishing, take a Harbor cruise, or take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.
Downtown Hyannis is just a 15 minute walk from Cape Cod Ocean Manor and offers excellent restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and the Kennedy Museum.
